Twelve Army Senior Officers, led by Brigadier General (Brig Gen) Foster Okae-Yeboah, paid a visit to the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) on Monday, 18 November 2024 at his office in Burma Camp. The officers had recently graduated from Ghana’s National College of Defence Studies (NCDS). According to Brig Gen Okae-Yeboah, the purpose of the visit was to express their gratitude to the COAS for the opportunity to be selected as part of the program at NCDS.The COAS congratulated the Senior Officers on their outstanding performances during their studies at NCDS. He noted that the establishment of the college was a well-thought-out initiative, as in the past, only a few officers had the opportunity to undertake strategic leadership studies outside of Ghana. The COAS encouraged the Senior Officers to utilize their enhanced knowledge and skills to contribute to the advancement of the Ghana Army.Maj Gen Onwona advised the graduates to always trust in God for guidance and protection in all their endeavors. He also engaged in discussions with the officers on matters of mutual concern.
