Deputy Chief Staff Officer for Operations and Training at Army Headquarters, Brigadier General William Archibold Kwabiah has officially closed the Pre-Junior Staff Course (JSC) 84 Cadre for Army officers on Friday, 25 July 2025, at the Defence Mechanical Transport Battalion Auditorium in Burma Camp.
In his remarks, Brigadier General Kwabiah congratulated all 45 participants for successfully completing their lessons and practical exercises, designed to prepare them for the upcoming JSC 84 at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC). He highlighted key training areas, including introduction to service correspondence, public speaking, minutes, and briefs, aimed at developing their competence in staff duties and professional writing.
Brigadier General Kwabiah urged participants to view the conclusion of this cadre not as an end, but as the beginning of deeper learning. He commended their dedication, resilience, and commitment to personal growth and encouraged them to carry this spirit forward. He further stressed that the guidance they received should ignite their curiosity and purpose in independent study, equipping them to meet future demands.
On behalf of the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), Major General Lawrence Kwaku Gbetanu, Brigadier General Kwabiah expressed appreciation to the Directing Staff, the G7 Section, and Army Headquarters for successfully coordinating the course, hoping that the tuition would guide participants throughout the course and beyond.
