Students of the Seaman Gunner First Class Qualification Course 1-2025 of Naval Training Command paid a visit to the 66 Artillery Regiment on Wednesday 16 July 2025. The students were led by the Course Commander, Lieutenant Commander Joseph Jeffrey Donkor.
The aim of the visit was to introduce the students to the operations of the Regiment and educate them on the Artillery capabilities of the Ghana Armed Forces.
As part of the visit, the students were taken through lectures on the history, organization and role of the Regiment by Captain Ebenezer Kwadwo Larbi Addo. He also enlightened them on the Regiment’s operations, functions and weapon system.
He further briefed them on the 105mm Howitzer, 122mm Man truck and the 107mm and 122mm Multiple Rocket Launcher Systems. The activities were crowned with a display of the respective guns to offer practical insight into their equipment usage.
