The ECOWAS Stabilisation Support Mission in Guinea Bissau (ESSMGB) GHANCOY 4 has emerged victorious in an inter-company volleyball tournament hosted by ESSMGB SENCOY 4 on 27 Sep 25. The tournament was in commemoration of the Senegalese Airborne day celebration.
GHANCOY beat SENCOY by 2 straight sets in the finals after beating NIGCOY by 2 sets to 1 in the semi-finals. SENCOY on the other hand, beat the Ivorian contingent to qualify for the finals.
The highly motivated GHANCOY team showcased their prowess on the court, demonstrating a strong sense of resilience, camaraderie and sportsmanship.
