JWS Holds End-of-Year Dinner Dance

The Jungle Warfare School (JWS) hosted its end-of-year dinner dance on Friday, 27 December 2024, at the multi-purpose square of the school to enhance camaraderie and foster the strong bonds that are characteristic of the professional Ghana Army.During the event, the Commanding Officer (CO), Lt Col Jacob Cudjoe, who was the Guest of Honour, emphasized the school's commitment to supporting civil authorities in maintaining law and order in the Achiase district. He expressed gratitude to the Ghana Armed Forces High Command for providing essential logistics that have enabled the school to operate effectively.Lt Col Cudjoe also acknowledged the contributions of various stakeholders and corporate bodies that have supported JWS in completing several impactful projects. He said their generosity had played a crucial role in the school’s infrastructural development and overall success.Furthermore, he congratulated all who were presented with awards during the event and encouraged all personnel to strive for greater achievements in the coming years. He highlighted the importance of continuous improvement to ensure JWS remains one of the best in military training.The CO in his concluding remarks, wished all officers, soldiers, defence civilian staffs, and their families a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, reinforcing the spirit of unity and shared purpose within the JWS community.
