The Honorable Member of Parliament (MP) for Sagnerigu, Mr Issah Atta on Monday 6 October 2025 paid a visit to the Commander Rear 69 Airborne Force, Lt Col Atta Junior Kwarteng at the Headquarters in Barwah Barracks.
The visit was to congratulate the Commander Rear on his appointment, strengthen civil-military relations between the Unit and his constituents, and explore avenues for collaboration.
As part of the visit, the MP inspected ongoing projects within the Unit. He commended the Unit for initiating various projects to address the welfare needs of troops and pledged his support to both ongoing self-help projects and future initiatives.
Hon Issah Atta reaffirmed his commitment to partnership, development, and service to the constituency, marking the visit as a meaningful step toward enhanced cooperation and shared progress.
Lt Col Kwarteng expressed his sincere gratitude to the MP for visiting the Unit, adding that, he hoped the visit would seal the strong bond between the Unit and his constituency.
