The 66 Artillery Regiment commissioned an Amenity Centre and a range shed at the Volta Barracks, Ho, on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
In a speech, the Guest of Honour, Colonel George Dottey, Deputy Commander of the 16 Artillery, expressed satisfaction with the upgrading of the Amenity Centre into a mini mart, which has been fully stocked with various goods and accessories for personnel to purchase the items they need.
He also commended the Commanding Officer, Lt Col Jalali Din Ibrahim, for the initiative to construct a range shed, which would enable effective and efficient range activities.
The Amenity Centre has a variety of goods, including groceries, toiletries, military gear and accoutrements, cosmetics, among many others. Photographs by LS Berkoh Gregory Karikari
