A 20-member Ghanaian Engineering Reconstruction Team, working alongside the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Engineer Team, yesterday conducted a reconnaissance (recce) exercise within selected communities in St. Elizabeth Parish.
The joint recce formed part of ongoing efforts to assess the extent of damage, identify priority areas, and plan effective reconstruction support for affected communities. 
The exercise also strengthened cooperation between the Ghana Armed Forces and the JDF, reaffirming a shared commitment to humanitarian assistance and disaster response.
Together, both teams remain focused on delivering timely and practical engineering solutions to support recovery and restore normalcy for residents in St. Elizabeth Parish.
