The ECOWAS Mission in The Gambia (ECOMIG) GHANCOY 9, has held a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols as part of activities to mark the Christmas season on Saturday 20 December 2025 at the Praise Chapel in the Barra Camp.
The solemn service under the theme “Who is Jesus Christ” brought together officers, men and women of the company, in an atmosphere of worship, reflection and thanksgiving. The programme featured the traditional nine biblical lessons, interspersed with carol singing, prayers and musical renditions that reflected the true meaning of Christmas.
