A delegation from the Army Headquarters, led by the Deputy Chief Staff Officer Logistics, Brig Gen KKK Kumi paid a working visit to the Forward Operating Base, Bui on Monday 9 October 2023, to inspect the completed projects and assess it readiness for the deployment of troops.The delegation inspected the headquarters building, officers' accommodation, armoury, soldiers' accommodation, recreational area, and other operational facilities for the effective running of the Base. They also called on the Estate Manager of the Bui Power Station, Mr Wumbila Salifu who welcomed them and expressed their readiness to receive the detachment.

Other members of the delegation were the Chief G3 (Ops), Col IB Mohammed, Chief G7, Col GNA Dottey, Chief G5, Col K Obiri-Yeboah, GSOI (LOG), Lt Col Ak Awuni and the Service Public Relations Officer, Lt Col S Affanyi.
